 > The makefiles have been modified to copy over the "message" binary to
 BIND 10's "bin" directory.  This is used to compile message files, and is
 made available should hooks authors wish to log messages through the BIND
 10 logging mechanism.


 The installed executable should be prefixed with b10- (or some other way
 to make it more unique).  BIND 10 doesn't have its own "bin" directory by
 default and /usr/local/bin/message is too generic.

 Also will need a corresponding manual page.
