 Xfrin seems to retry an AXFR request rejected by Xfrout some times. But I
 don't think we can exactly predict the number of the count in advance.
 Maybe because the number would depend on environment or condition.

 For another idea, we could query `.Xfrout.zones.IN._SERVER_.xfrrej` and
 `.Xfrin.zones.IN._SERVER_.xfrfail`, and then we could check both of the
 numbers match. If the two modules work properly, the numbers exactly equal
 each other. In this case they must be 14.
