 We want to see if we can build & run BIND 10 using Boost.ASIO instead of
 asio.

 The drawback of this is that it requires linking against Boost.System, and
 we'd rather not add extra dependencies. However perhaps it is worth it to
 just run with Boost.

 The goal of this ticket is just to build and test, to see if this is an
 option.
