 Feature request from BIND 10 training in Amsterdam, August 2013:

 support a local configuration file for b10-loadzone to store the
 path/location of the BIND 10 sqlite3 database file

 Alternatively b10-loadzone could query this information from BIND 10
 (bind-ctl?)
