 The DISABLED_openUnicastSockets relies on the interfaces being present in
 the system to test the openSockets6 function. This is not a reliable way
 to test this function and the test shouldn't depend on the interface
 configuration. Similar problem has been resolved for DHCPv4 in ticket
 #2765. Possibly, this would work as well here.
