 During the creation of d2::!NameRemoveTransaction, code common to the unit
 tests for !NameChangeTransaction and its derivatives were captured in a
 new test fixture class, !TransactionTest.

 This ticket calls for the tests in nc_trans_unittests.cc and
 nc_add_unittests.cc to make use of this new class.:w
