New description:

The BIND 10 Guide (http://bind10.isc.org/docs/bind10-guide.html) needs to
specify the default username and password (root/bind10) before it is
referenced for the first time in the document. This occurs in Section
2.1.8, where it just says "(Login with the provided default username and
password.)". Later in the doc, the default username and password are
given (Section 7), but they should occur at the first mention, not later.
