I'm running VirtualBox VMs of Ubuntu 12.04 server in text-only mode. That
defaults to the standard 24 lines of output, and there is no option to
scroll back in the console output. We should make bindctl pause its
output with a "more"-type prompt when output exceeds 24 lines (for
example, when I enter the command "config show all").
