#2693: isc-sysinfo should bail rather than report empty values

 If isc-sysinfo does not know how to get information about a system, it
 reports the normal format, but with "unknown" for every field.

 We should simply say "isc-sysinfo does not know how to report for system
 %s yet" and exit with an error code.
