 Reviewed commit d85b2e22c5c45050d3191ee73c508bbd3cd1251f

 Looks good - I've made some minor changes to the text.

 I've also added a highlighted note to the installation section referring
 to the DHCP installation and configuration (to address Jeff's comment in
 Jabber about missing the special DHCP concerns) and corrected a minor
 error.

 I've pushed the updated text.  If you're happy with the changes, please
 merge.

 I think that the !ChangeLog should be updated with this ticket to mention
 that the DHCP sections of the BIND 10 guide have been updated.
