 Summary of activities:
 - Setup RHEL6 system as a DHCP server (including BIND10 installation,
 commit ee5c66336b0baf8424d5be04670dd5b96344e07e)
 - Creation of BIND10 installation guide for RHEL6:

 - Setup the perfdhcp on perf-s1 FreeBSD, including some tweaks to overcome
 the Kea's lack of interface detection on BSD
 - Running a number of iterations of the performance test
 - Apply composite indexes to the MySQL table columns and watching
 performance gains
 - Creation of the manual test procedure for the performance test: dhcp-
 val/tests/common/v4.performance
 - Creation of the document that describes the setup of the environment for
