 The #1924 ticket introduced the `proto_defs.cc` file that defines
 constants sent over the protocol (names of headers, etc.). There's even a
 python version generated from it, so we can be sure they are the same
 everywhere.

 But we need to do complete conversion of the libraries and the msgq. Maybe
 even the config session (`lib/config/ccsession`) should use these.

 I'm putting it to the next-print-proposed as a followup.
