 Currently a limited set of standard options is defined. In the same time
 the configuration parser prevents definition of standard options by the
 user. See:
 https://lists.isc.org/pipermail/bind10-users/2013-February/000443.html. In
 practice, this means that standard options which definitions are not added
 into the code are not usable.

 Therefore, we need to add definitions of all remaining standard options so
 as users don't need to add definitions themselves.
