 commit 6f119e40e88a7fc07e1b3bd1a3e26c3e46b9dfab
 I committed the 0001-master-Remove-redundant-PYTHONPATH.patch patch.  I
 didn't do any changelog entry.
 This patch did workaround the problem for me on Solaris. (I did not
 confirm on the two FreeBSD systems.)

 I am keeping this ticket open to understand about the problem is (if
 locale related) and to add a changelog entry if needed.
