 bind10 1.0.0-rc was running and I sent Init shutdown to it. The following
 didn't go to the defined log file:

 2013-02-21 13:50:18.255 INFO  [b10-cfgmgr.cfgmgr/91211]
 CFGMGR_STOPPED_BY_COMMAND received shutdown command, shutting down
