 This task is to document the cmdctl RESTful interface to explain basic
 interface, and maybe provide some examples.

 I see:

 /login

 and

 /module_name/command_name

 And parameters to that are encoded in JSON as a map.

 (I received a request for this at community meeting at Amsterdam over a
 year ago and via email this week.)
