Comment (by muks):

 Rather than have `RRsetCollection` as an implementation, how about
 renaming:

 * `RRsetCollection` to `RRsetCollectionSimple`
 * `RRsetCollectionBase` to `RRsetCollection`

 Derived classes can have the implementation types suffixed to the name
 such as `RRsetCollectionDataSrc`.
