New description:

As discussed in review of #2380. It's probably useful if the user
can suppress info level (or maybe even any level of) logging from
 b10-loadzone, e.g, when it's invoked from a cron.

 My suggestion is:

 - Add -q option, which disables info level logs; if specified multiple
times it suppress any level of logs
 - (optionally) add "-l" option, which specifies the output (destination)
 of log
   messages.
