 trac2500 is ready for review.

 I believe the main implementation is straightforward.  I needed to
 update some of existing test data at 6926ec8, but I also believe
 these are straightforward and non controversial.  0427316 is
 independent from the subject of this task, but, as commented in the
 commit log, it's an attempt of making the overall test coverage better
 gradually.

 Proposed changelog:

         libdns++: the SOA Rdata class now uses the generic lexer in
         constructors from text.  This means that the MNAME and RNAME of an
         SOA RR in a zone file can now be non absolute (the origin name
         in that context will be used), e.g., when loaded by b10-loadzone.

 (I don't think we need a changelog entry for each and every one of
 these Rdata classes, but I think this particular one is worth
 mentioning).
