 trac2576 is ready for review.

 And, since it's even smaller/more straightforward than I expected,
 I also completed the task of #2577 in this branch, too.  I'll just
 close #2577.

 No plan to add a changelog entry: just like we didn't add it for
 C++/Python createZone or C++ deleteZone.  The change to b10-loadzone
 is purely internal cleanup (except that it could now work for other
 types of data sources than SQLite3; but such case doesn't exist
 today).
