 I'm not sure how much we desire a complete `CommonLog` format for `stats-
 httpd`. So in a short term I think we should choose the first or second
 option. After that, if we receive many requests to a complete `CommonLog`
 format of `stats-httpd`, then we could move to the third option. For this
 approach, I think the second one would a bit better than the first one.
