Comment:

 This is ready for review. I have implemented the `RRsetCollection` around
 `ZoneData`. This seems to me to be the most straightforward way of
 updating the current validation.

 I am not sure if having a new `ZoneUpdater` for in-memory would improve
 functionality.

 A number of testcases were fixed.

 Note that a single test `ZoneLoaderTest.copyCheck` has been disabled as
 `prepareSource()` in that test-suite does not contain a correct
 implementation. Not sure if we should fix this as part of the current bug.
 Please let me know in the review comments.
