We need a changelog entry for this task: if I understand it correctly,
it's not just internal cleanup but tightens post-load check. So
this is a user visible change.
At a higher level, no mention of the need (or non need) of changelog
at the time of review request is not good. As the discussion shows
it often results in completely overlooking it between the reviewer and the
developer. I suggest including it in your imaginary check list.
