 Note that BIND10 uses it because we may use libraries and plugins in non-
 standard locations. Providing a custom config file for the dynamic linker
 is not practical since we target so many different operating systems.
 Also the developers and build systems install the software many times and
 many different places and we can't (and shouldn't) use the standard
 library locations.

 A configure option to disable is fine though. Thank you for the patch.
