 I'm using current latest version of the docs as handy help for writing
 config files for tests.

 I just noticed that the table 18.1 mentions ia-pd and iaprefix options.
 Those two options should be removed. They are stateful options, so each
 client must get a different content. Allocation engine is required for
 that. We should not give the impression that prefix delegation can be
 supported by current code, because it is not.
