Comment:

 It is ready for review. It should be straightforward implementation of the
 msgq sending the errors. It also allows asking for the errors on each send
 in the python and C++ libraries. The C++ libraries got some more tests.

 I don't think this needs a changelog entry, since there's nothing user
 visible yet, the function is not used yet. I'll be creating a follow-up
 ticket to use this.

 I was thinking if this would need some lettuce test, but I didn't come up
 with a simple way to lettuce-test it and doing something complicated
 seemed like too much for this ticket already.
