Comment:

 I created a basic implementation of the DNSClient class. It is capable to
 send the DNS Updates  but it doesn't parse the output. This will be done
 as a part of #2977. Also, some more extensive tests will be provided with
 #2977.

 The appropriate !ChangeLog entry will be provided when #2977 is
 implemented.
