 Hello

 I implemented the wakeup file descriptors trick and a queue (for general
 callbacks this time, so the user of the class can hook onto the finish of
 each command without the class knowing what it would do).

 But I'm not entirely sure about the scope of the ticket. Should some other
 part be done too, like doing something in one of the callbacks? Or is it
 for another ticket?
