 Up for review.

 Please also check one more thing: even with the fixed `offset_ptr` test in
 `configure`, it doesn't seem like `-Werror` is used for compiling the
 `offset_ptr` test in `ax_boost_for_bind10.m4`.

 And if it is made to, the corresponding test in `configure.ac` (following
 `AX_BOOST_FOR_BIND10`) should also check for `$werror_ok`.

 I wonder how all this worked before.
