 No. It needs a lot more work. Also the work in the branch needs to be
 merged to master but it has a few things to answer, for example:

 What is parameter stats_attrs in src/bin/auth/auth_srv.cc?
 What is parameter ddns_forwarder in src/bin/auth/auth_srv.h?
 What is parameter return_empty_node in
 src/lib/datasrc/memory/domaintree.h?
 What is parameter boot_time in tests/tools/perfdhcp/stats_mgr.h?

 Since I did this work, I also automated doxygen builds. See the problems
 at http://git.bind10.isc.org/~tester/doxygen/doxygen-error.log
