 Acording to RFC 3315, section 15, messages:
 Solicit, Confirm, Rebind and Info-Request
 should be discarded when server receives it with unicast destination
 address.

 Kea6 doesn't discard, it send Reply message.

 To check this bug use Forge project and run tests tagged with 'unicast'.
