 src/lib/cc/data.h and add unsigned 64bit support to JSON output. Also
 change counter type to unsigned 64bit int.

 There is a patch for this on some DHCP ticket if I recall correctly, but I
 can't quickly remember the ticket number. It involved changing a bit of
 code that uses the integer element too.
