Comment:

 Ready for initial review. I kept the suggested names of `get_zone_table`
 and `get_zones` (versus `get_accessor` and `get_iterator`), but otherwise,
 it's a pretty straightforward wrapper.

 There's a lot of cut-and-paste from other wrapper classes, so I may have
 left out something obvious, or left in something that doesn't belong.
