 And one more...: see #2993 and #2856.  At that point we'll need
 `catch_load_error=True` version of `ZoneWriter.load()`.  So please
 pass a string to load() and revise the return value of load() as a
 string (non empty if catch_load_error and error occurs; otherwise
 empty).
