Comment:

 Okay, we discussed the proposals in some detail at the 2013-04 face to
 face meeting.

 I've read through the text again, and I don't think it needs any changes
 because of language, and the concepts seem to have been written up as well
 as they can be without making more solid measurements (these are the
 tickets about what to measure that Michal mentions above).

 So... I guess we should merge this into the resolver_research_and_design
 branch and close this ticket.
