Comment:

 I've just checked. The commands entered in bindctl directly work, but not
 when executed via execute file.

 I haven't looked at the code, but it looks like the problem is with how
 bindctl handles separate config commit in executed scripts and has nothing
 to do with dhcp. Hence I changed sub-project to Core.
