 I got some ERROR messages on my slave server, during normal operations.

 I'm not sure, but it looks like perhaps the fact that the host is dual-
 homed (IPv4 and IPv6) but only has the master configured on one address
 (IPv6) is causing problems.

 The zonemgr '''''IS''''' running, and everything is working normally...
 except for those errors.
