 I'm afraid I don't understand the problem...what exactly is it?

 As for the other question: if you use sqlite3 data source without
 in-memory cache, the only thing you have to do is to perform
 b10-loadzone with the revised zone file.  If you also enable the
 in-memory cache, you'll need to execute the loadzone command from
 bindctl in addition to run b10-loadzone.
