 The builder was excluding
 ForwardTest.connect:ForwardTest.pushAndPop:ForwardTest.badPush:ForwardTest.pushTooFast:ForwardTest.badPop
 since October.  I now removed this exclusion to see if problem still
 happens.

 (By the way, the same system still excludes -IfaceMgrTest.sendReceive6 --
 see #1824.)
