Comment:

 muks already did DLV in #2386.

 This is a basic update of AFSDB. I notice a lot of niggling
 inconsistencies between this and MX, which has an identical wire and
 presentation format.

 At muks's suggestion, I abstracted the string and lexer constructors to
 use a new createFromLexer private method. If this looks good, I can port
 it over to MX.
