Comment:

 This work is now ready for a review. The "Direct Response" feature has
 been implemented for Ethernet frames on Linux. It has been tested on the
 following Linux boxes:
 - Debian 7
 - RHEL6

 when running directly connected client (dhclient), sending:
 - broadcast requests
 - direct requests

 as well as relayed traffic (simulated by perfdhcp).

 Performance checks on the RHEL6 system did not reveal performance
 degradation comparing to the previous implementation.
