Comment:

 I think I've addressed all your concerns.

 * I borrowed Mukund's string aggregator code from DNSKEY. (OTOH, I think
 the better long-term solution would be to add a read-to-EOL method to
 MasterLexer.)

 * I reworded the documentation for the RRSIG Original TTL field.

 * I removed the length check from the DHCID constructors (and changed the
 unit tests to match the new behavior).

 * While I was at it, I divided Rdata_RRSIG_Test.badText into a bunch of
 smaller tests, because it had grown to 25 separate checks.
