 My logging is DEBUG debuglevel 1 but I received lots of
 AUTH_PACKET_RECEIVED and AUTH_SEND_ERROR_RESPONSE
 Now I see that happened in the same second before:

 CONFIG_LOG_WILD_MATCH will use logging configuration for wildcard logger *
 }}}

 Then that high debugging goes away.

 This problem doesn't happen if set to INFO. So it appears it knows it is
 DEBUG, but doesn't know its level.
