 The Makefile for the asiolink library links in the logging library
 libb10-log, even though it doesn't use any logging.

 On a related note, and something that could be on this ticket, the
 xxx_server.cc files include "log/dummylog.h", which was the precursor to
 the logging library.  These include statements can be removed, as can the
 files log/dummylog.{cc,h} which aren't used elsewhere.
