Comment:

 Reviewed revision 9 of the design.

 I corrected a couple of typos, but all is OK. I think the design is
 sufficiently detailed to provide a suitable basis for implementation and
 so I have taken the liberty of closing this ticket.

 We may want to update this document after implementation to ensure this
 high-level overview accurately reflects the module, but that will be the
 subject of another ticket.
