When attempting to start BIND10 and port 8080 is already used by other
application (e.g. Jenkins), BIND10 prints out a cryptic message "address
already in use" and then quits.
This is wrong for 2 reasons:
1. User has no clue which address is used, so it is very difficult to
debug the issue.
2. It is not an address, but port that is used.
The error should say "port 8080 is in use. Please close the application
that runs it".
It should also give the instruction how to configure bind10 to use a
different port. It that configuration is not yet available, we should add
a ticket for it.
