 The scope of ticket 3087 was rather large so that effort was stopped short
 of implementing the DNS update message construction for
 NameAddTransaction.

 This ticket calls for the completion of that work. Namely, the build
 methods for each of the three types of requests:
 1. Request to add a forward entry
 2. Request to replace a forward entry
 3. Request to replace a reverse entry

 should be completed such that the requests can be shipped via DNSClient.
