 As part of #264's review, I arrived at this ticket. It doesn't seem to be
 related to #264, as #264 describes a piping problem.

 This ticket seems to want `bindctl` to accept commands directly on the
 command-line, similar to how `git` accepts commands on the command-line
 vs. prompting in an interactive command interpreter.
