Comment:

 The reivial bug in the code has been fixed. Also, implemented the unit
 test that covers the scenario in which bug had been found. I also moved
 FQDN specific tests to a separate file to reduce the size of
 dhcpv6_srv_unittests.cc - that was suggested by Tomek in one of the past
 tickets.
