 If the QID of an inbound DNS response does not match the QID of the DNS
 request, IOFetch resends the request.  See
 IOFetch::operator()(asio::error_code ec, size_t length): It may be as
 simple as starting the main "do" loop start after the call to asyncSend(),
 not before it.
